The Veloz Global Support Team provides customer support 5 days a week during business hours as well as a 24x7 hotline support over e-mail or phone for designated key personnel (Business or IT) within a customer's organization. Veloz Global currently offers two Customer Support packages:
Standard - 5 day business hour support (8 AM EST to 6 PM EST)
Premium - 7 day 24x7 support
Veloz Global assigns an Account Manager to each customer. Issues, service requests and enhancement requests are captured, documented and tracked by the Account Manager and reviewed with a customer on a monthly basis. These matters are managed in Veloz Global's internal issue tracking system and reports are available to customers for their specific issues.
