Claims Handling and Management Performance System (CHAMPS) built on Veloz' MCUBERT is a functionally rich service performance management system that will help Monitor, Measure, and Manage Unisys' claims processing operations that gives a consolidated, single point view of the entire enterprise conveys real-time "health" of the enterprise.
CHAMPS provides real-time analytics and reporting of the critical measurements for the claims processing environment. Mailroom Data Collection System (MDCS) provides real-time inventory and performance management for the manual functions performed in the mail handling functions.
